Orthodontics

Orthodontists treat patients with crisscross placed teeth, a condition wherein the teeth are not positioned correctly, especially when the mouth of the person is closed. Normally, this treatment involves placement of metal/ceramic braces that will help move the teeth to their proper placements. Many patients undergo treatment for cosmetic purposes, such that they can have an improved appearance, but orthodontics often aims to improve oral function.

  • General anesthesia – you are completely unconscious.
